Macadamia Nut Blossom Honey

The macadamia nut blossom produces a floral and nutty honey with a dark amber color and smooth liquid texture. Pour this rich and velvety honey over ice cream, pancakes or waffles for a decadent treat. Also an excellent alternative to refined sugar in baked goods, this pure, raw Hawaiian honey adds richness and complexity to the flavor of everyday foods.

We produce all our honey on the Big Island of Hawaii without chemicals, artificial feeds, miticides, heat, or filtration.

The mac nut orchards grow on a flat plateau not far from the ocean on the Southern side of the island. The delicate clustered blossom of the macadamia nut tree adorns each glass jar of this macadamia nut blossom honey.
