I made this healthy, flavorful green smoothie to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and the arrival of Spring. It’s packed with nutritious ingredients, making it a great way to start the day. The smoothie strikes the perfect balance between sweetness, spice, and freshness, without being overly sweet or too much like a vegetable soup. Living in Hawaii, we’re fortunate to have an abundance of bananas from our tree - more than we can eat or give away - so we freeze them for smoothies. The frozen bananas add a creamy texture, so there’s no need for ice, while the Lehua honey perfectly complements the fresh ginger. It’s a simple, delicious way to enjoy your greens.
