. We used Organic Wilelaiki honey to complement the cool and sweet flavors of the ricotta cheese and whole grain bread.
Ricotta and Wilelaiki Honey Sandwich
- 2 slices oat bread or artisan whole grain bread (or toasted, gluten free bread)
- 3 Tbsp ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp Wilelaiki Blossom honey
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Spread ricotta on one slice of bread, drizzle with honey and sprinkle on red pepper flakes. Top with the second slice of bread and enjoy!
