Ricotta & Honey Sandwiches

Here is a simple and elegant lunch or snack idea from Saveur Magazine. We used Organic Wilelaiki honey to complement the cool and sweet flavors of the ricotta cheese and whole grain bread.

Ricotta and Wilelaiki Honey Sandwich
makes 1

  • 2 slices oat bread or artisan whole grain bread (or toasted, gluten free bread)
  • 3 Tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 2 tsp Wilelaiki Blossom honey
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  1. Spread ricotta on one slice of bread, drizzle with honey and sprinkle on red pepper flakes. Top with the second slice of bread and enjoy!
